Do I need to purchase the rider equipment set?

It's a COMPLUSORY requirement for all new riders to purchase the equipment set to start deliver food with foodpanda.

 

Where can I purchase the rider equipment? (MCO SOP)

• For KLV applicants, we will be shipping equipment right through your given address, email will be sent once the order is out and should be there within 2-3 working days
•  For Penang and Johor applicants, do not place the order yet. Once rider hub is open again, your PC will let you know to place the order before coming to the hub for equipment collection
•  For Sabah applicants, please contact your respective PC based on your area for further instructions

I am an existing rider, will my order be ship out too?

Shipping options is only available for newbies for the time being. Existing riders that place an order through pandashop will still need to self collect their order at selected rider hub. So, please be patient and wait for the hub rider to reopen for you to collect your order at the hub rider.

I am from a state where we don't have a hub. How can I get those items?

We don't offer shipping options yet but if you kindly inform some Rider Captain in your area, we might be able to arrange it for you.

 

What will happen if I place an order but I change my mind later / can't go to the hub in 2-3 working days?

We understand these things can happen so don't worry, you don't have to do anything special. We will cancel your order within a week if you don't collect it. 

Please bear in mind we will accept this if it is a unique case. If we see you continuously place order and don't pick up, we will take this as part of compliance and suspend you for a few days. 

 

What if the size I choose on the website doesn't fit me when I try it on in the hub?

You will be able to change your size in the hub upon availability, with no extra charge.
